In Europe and temperate climate regions, modern and energy-efficient operation of pools can only be imagined with pool covers. The pool covers enormously improve the energy balance of the pools, significantly reduce the evaporation of the water surface, and reduce the use of chemicals. We can confidently say that pool covers are necessary and indispensable. But most importantly, covering the water surface is the only safe solution for child protection. However, it is not easy to choose the right type from the rich assortment of covers that can fit perfectly to the given location.

The propulsion system of the PoolWalker enclosures are determined by the dimensions and geometric features of the space around the pool. It is clear that we can roll the pool deck in the direction that the surface of the flooring next to the pool allows. We need at least as much space as the own floor area of the elements of the overlay that can be moved independently. The attached diagrams show the basic types of handling and the feasible minimum and maximum structural dimensions for each model. The movement schemes clearly show that we have thought about space-saving, split 2-piece solutions and telescopic 2- or 4-piece solutions as well. The examples include only standard movement solutions. We also undertake the production of more complex structures, if the given idea is technically feasible.

The standard design of PoolWalker® does not contain the surface covering material, however, it supports the installation of different types of cladding materials in a very flexible matter, be it wood, WPC or even stone porcelain tiles. The current structure of PoolWalker supports the installation of claddings to a layer thickness of 20 mm using an aluminium framework, furthermore the powder-coated product is delivered in the desired colour.
