About us
Making an enterprise had been an occupation of the family behind the company even before establishing Aquacomet. Among the initiative business projects of the family the operation of several harbour ports in Fiume is worth mentioning. Fiume (today Rijeka) as a significant harbour of the Austrian-Hungarian Empire was considered one of the centres of European international trading around the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries.
Later in the 1920s and 1930s the main role in the family business was played by narrow gauge railway since at that time this was a popular and cost-effective form of local transportation of goods.
The business assets operated by the family, due to the storms and hardships of history, could not be transferred to later generations, so nothing but the business spirit remained to be the only family legacy. At the beginning of the 1990s software engineering for business and production management and providing other engineering services made up the core business activity but very soon the swimming pool industry started to take over the main scope.
By now Aquacomet is a well structured company group disposing of over 8-hectare industrial and commercial area with ample outdoor storage surfaces and more than 15,000 m2 indoor production area in both Hungary and Germany.
Today, the company has a wide range of products including composite swimming pools, pool enclosures in standard and custom-made configurations, safety covers, movable pool decks and other swimming pool equipments. Thanks to the careful engineering, craftsmanship, production experience, CNC machinery, fully automated powder coating and the use of quality materials we guarantee the all of our customers get high quality premium products.

There is a constantly increasing demand for flat designs on the swimming pool enclosure market.
Horizon is our super flat model, a contemporary rectangular design with straight side profiles that provides for sleek integration with your home and garden so that it discretely disappears in the surrounding environment.
This pool is the most compact in our product range, yet it has the potential to host many of the water features also including a swim jet which turns this little one into an endless pool.
Our flagship “Orion“ model is already robust in itself and can go up to 9 m in width. In spite of its mass, the segments can be easily moved by hand or using our self-developed motor drive. The already massive model has, however, a further reinforced version that includes five angles, which is what the tag “5” stands for. With this reinforced structure that “Orion 5“ can span even beyond 10 m.
This model offers a solution for covering even extra-wide spans up to 10 meters. It is a static enclosure that cannot be moved, but can be opened 2 meters high along the sides providing superb access. The “Galaxy“ can be further customized with the semi-circle endwall called “Iris“, which makes it easy to open the room beneath the enclosure on a large surface. The “Iris“ consists of spherical sections which can be folded aside on their ball bearing rollers.
This model is almost a perfect copy of the well-rounded Atlantis 650 having the same physical attributes which offer ample space for swimming. The only difference is its futuristic steps.
